We bring the appliance in, set it in place, connect it, level it and run it to confirm it is working. Old unit goes out on the same trip if you want it gone.

We Show You How It Runs
Before we leave, we walk you through the controls and anything worth knowing about that particular model. If a question comes up later, you already have our number.
How to Get Ready for Delivery Day
A few minutes of prep makes the whole visit faster - and helps us avoid surprises in older homes where doorways and laundry rooms were not built with today's appliance sizes in mind.
- Measure the doorway, hallway and the opening the appliance has to fit into
- Clear a straight path from the door to the room
- Empty and defrost a refrigerator or freezer that is being hauled away
- Disconnect and drain the old washer if you are able to
